Adriana Rosado-Jimenez,

Dr. Adriana Rosado-Jimenez is a board-certified pediatrician and co-founder of Ages & Stages Pediatrics, dedicated to providing comprehensive, relationship-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence. She completed her pediatric training with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and preventive care, supporting families through every stage of childhood.
As both a physician and a mother, Dr. Rosado-Jimenez understands the importance of practical guidance, thoughtful reassurance, and clear communication. She values long-term partnerships with families and tailors care to each child’s developmental, behavioral, and medical needs. Her clinical interests include well-child care, behavioral and developmental health, and empowering parents to make informed decisions with confidence.
As a bilingual, Spanish-speaking physician, she is committed to ensuring accessible, culturally responsive care for the diverse families she serves at our Pineville and Gastonia locations.

and has now moved to North Carolina to start her own practice,

Dr. Eduardo Garrido-Goico is a board-certified pediatrician and co-founder of Ages & Stages Pediatrics, committed to delivering thorough, compassionate care to children and adolescents. He completed his pediatric training with a focus on preventive medicine and comprehensive primary care, developing a strong clinical foundation in supporting families through both routine and complex health needs.
Dr. Garrido believes in building trusted, long-term relationships with families and approaching each visit with clarity, attentiveness, and respect. His clinical interests include preventive care, sports physicals, and guiding families through developmental milestones with practical, evidence-based recommendations.
As a bilingual, Spanish-speaking physician, he is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care to families at our Pineville location.

Katharine R. Flores is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience across pediatric, neonatal, and primary care settings. She began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, family-centered care.
After earning her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, Katharine practiced in pediatric primary care in Charleston, South Carolina, further strengthening her commitment to preventive care and long-term partnerships with families. She was recognized for academic excellence and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Katharine is proud to serve families at our Pineville and Gastonia locations. As a bilingual, Spanish-speaking provider, she is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, accessible care to children and families from diverse backgrounds.
